Twenty-one years, one job: make the web work for a business
I started building websites in 2004, when PHP and a shared hosting account were the whole stack. Since then I have worked through agencies, product teams and my own practice, and the frameworks have changed many times. What stayed the same is the job: understand what the business needs, choose the simplest system that does it, and build it so the team can keep it running.
Today most of my work is Craft CMS builds for agencies, Shopify and WooCommerce stores for Indian brands, and Laravel applications when a CMS is the wrong shape. I design what I build, so the handoff never loses the intent.
I work remotely from Jaipur with a small number of clients at a time. The person you talk to is the person building your product.
Decide the expensive things early
Data model, content model and hosting are cheap to change in week one and painful in month six. I put them on the table first.
Build for the next developer
Readable templates, documented decisions and no clever tricks. If you hire someone after me, they should be productive in a day.
Measure before and after
Speed, accessibility and conversion get a number at the start so we both know whether the work paid off.
One accountable person
You talk to the person doing the work. No account manager, no handoff, no diluted ownership.

Front-end. Back-end. Cloud. Design.
A deliberately narrow toolkit — chosen because it ships fast and stays maintainable. Tap any skill for how I use it in production.
Front-end
Interfaces that stay fast, accessible and maintainable as the product grows.
- Component architecture at scale
- SSR, ISR and edge rendering
- Types as living documentation
- Token-driven design systems
- Motion with intent, never decoration
Back-end
APIs, data models and infrastructure built to hold up under real load.
- Services that stay observable
- Mature product back-ends
- Schema design and query tuning
- Contracts clients can trust
- Least privilege by default
Cloud & DevOps
Delivery pipelines and infrastructure that make shipping boring — in a good way.
- Right-sized infrastructure
- Same environment everywhere
- Every merge is deployable
- Budgets, not guesswork
Design Tools
I design what I build — so the handoff never loses the intent.
- Design files engineers can read
- One language across the product
- Clarity over cleverness
- Test the risky part first
AI & Automation
Practical AI wired into real workflows — measured by hours saved, not demos.
- Models behind a product surface
- Answers grounded in your data
- Remove the repetitive middle
